1. Enhance the HBA web site to improve member communication and education.
2. Increase member participation in association meetings through schedule and content changes.
3. Diversify the ways we communicate with members.
4. Increase the number of contacts in member businesses.
5. Strengthen the web advertising of members to other members and the public.
6. Place HBA message on targeted web sites of other associations and local jurisdictions.
7. Increase member participation in member segments, committees, and the Board process.
