  1. Partner with universities, career schools, and colleges for technical education.
  2. Evaluate the potential of certification programs for members.
  3. Educate consumers on the building process, building options, and common issues of concern, perhaps as a service for builders to offer their customers.
  4. Evaluate web-hosting for smaller builders and suppliers with a customer education portal.
  5. Develop a virtual map of active developments with HBA members.
  6. Leverage buying power of HBA members for electronic and print advertising for consumer directed media.
