2017 Fall Parade of Homes

Everyone Loves a Parade!

The 2017 Fall Parade of Homes sponsored by Cox Media Group Ohio will take place October 14* - 15 and October 21* - 22 (*Peebles Homes will not be open on Saturdays), and 21 homes throughout the Miami Valley are available to tour. Homes* will be open from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on those dates. (*Peebles Homes will not be open on Saturdays)

It is a great time to purchase a new home and the Fall Parade of Homes sponsored by Cox Media Group will showcase many of the best new home options for buyers today. The Fall Parade is a great way to get a feel for the types of new homes available in the Dayton region and all of the homes are available for purchase if you find the perfect home. Plus, it is FREE for the public to visit each of the 21 homes.
