Regional Housing Forecast

Featuring Rob Dietz, Ph.D, NAHB Chief Economist

Our friends at the HBA of Greater Cincinnati have extended a generous invitation to members of the HBA of Dayton to attend a Regional Housing Forecast for FREE!

The Regional Housing Forecast will feature Rob Dietz, Ph.D, Chief Economist for the NAHB. Rob is a leading national expert on housing trends and has appeared in several print and broadcast media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal. At the NAHB, Rob is responsible for housing market analysis, forecasting and industry surveys, as well as other housing-related research. Before joining NAHB in 2005 he served as an economist for the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation.

Rob Dietz will discuss the current economic and housing outlook, provide data on such key issues as the state of the overall economy, housing affordability, and supply-side bottlenecks. Additionally, he will discuss recent events such as tax reform, lumber tariffs and overall construction activity.
