Partner with the Economic Development Community

1. Identify our economic development partners.
2. Educate economic development partners in the Dayton region as a housing and lifestyle destination.
3. Engage developers and planners to create a regional housing forecast for types of housing, price points, growth areas, etc.
4. Educate the economic development community on the range of housing capabilities and value-added services of HBA members in the area as compared to other regions.
5. Facilitate a coalition of partners to promote Dayton’s high quality of life at relatively low cost.
