V. Performance Measures

  1. An average annual growth in web site hits of at least 10% per year with 20% or greater growth in annual web-derived revenues
  2. Member retention maintained at or above 80% per year over five years
  3. 50% of builder members annually actively involved in recruitment of at least one member per year by the end of year five
  4. 20% annual increase in member participation in general meetings
  5. 20% annual increase in member participation in Association leadership processes
  6. An established education curriculum for each member segment in place within five years, working with a reputable provider
  7. An annual increase in the number of HBA members appointed or elected to local planning and zoning boards or commissions
  8. An annual increase in the number of local elected and appointed officials participating in HBA education programs
  9. At least one ongoing program in place with each of our economic development partners by the end of five years, including, but not limited to:

    • Dayton Development Coalition
    • I-70/I-75 Development Council
    • Downtown Dayton Partnership
    • County Economic Departments
    • Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce
    • MetroParks
  10. An established consumer education track to support our members’ customers with one new program per year over five years
  11. An increase in the average annual growth in the percentage and dollar value of revenue derived from new lines of business
